Vinny has been in the hospitality industry for many years. As Beverage Manager he oversees our guest beer and wine program. He is and avid home brewer and occasionally helps us out in the brewhouse and enjoys traveling to new places.
Tom Adamian - Executive Chef
Tom has been in the industry for as long as he can remember. Most recently Tom over saw the kitchen at the now closed but acclaimed Bar Jules. Inspired by the bounty of Sonoma County Chef Adamian and his family relocated to West County and now call Sebastopol home.
